How do I return my product? |
| Step 1: |
Log into your account:
MyAccount
. After logging into your Account, you will be taken to your Account Profile.

From your Account Profile, find the order you wish to return located in your Recent Order History. |
| Step 3: |
Click the "Return" link to the right of the order line. |
| Step 4: |
You are now looking at the Order Summary. Select "Request Return or Exchange" then click "GO". |
| Step 5: |
You will be taken to a new page to fill out details about the return. Follow the instructions. |
| Step 6: |
After you finish the process you will recieve an email confirming your request. |
| Step 7: |
In a few days you will recieve a 2nd email letting you know if the request for a return was approved.. |
| Step 8: |
If the request was approved please follow the instructions in the email. Include the RMA number on the outr side of the box when making a return. If the RMA# is missing or invalid the shipment will be refused. |
